Dear Tom and Paul,
Marie and I are finally decompressing from both the holidays and our move into our beautiful new home in Redding which you built for us. We trust that you both had a good holiday and that the new year will bring you good health and prosperity.
As you are well aware, my wife and I have built many homes over the last twenty years, both for us as well as for others, in financial speculation with a construction partner. Having had enough experience in the area of home construction to be very finicky and somewhat demanding, we were obviously a bit nervous when we bagan our construction project with your company since we did not know you well at that time. Over the last year and a half, however, we have gotten to know you both as hard working gentlemen, and became quite relieved to learn that we had selected in Falciglia and Valeri the best home builders in the Redding-Ridgefield area. |
We could not have had a better homebuilding experience. What you promised, you delivered, and you delivered it on time which is a refreshing departure for most new home building experiences. Your architect, Jeff Mose, was creative and brilliant in executing a unique plan which brought to life our dreams. Your subcontractors, expecially Frannie the trimmer, and Nick the painter, are outstanding craftsmen and real gentlemen. And as the usual small problems with any new home have corpped up - and they have been few and far between - you have proven responsive and cooperative in resolving them in timely fashion.
Another litmus test for the mechanics of our home were the comments made as we progressed by my good friend, advisor and former construction partner, Karl Saul, who, as you know, also builds fine multi million dollar homes in the Fairfield County area. He told us every step of the way that you were doing things the right way and just as he would do if he were building the house.
Marie and I would like to thank you for our new home as well as for the new friendships we have forged with both of you. If there is ever the need for references to be provided for prospective homebuilding clients, please feel free to have people contact us. And if anyone would like to see our home and the quality of the work you have done, we'd be delighted.
