Tom Falciglia and Paul Valeri formed their award-winning team, Falciglia & Valeri Construction, LLC, informally known as FALVAL, in 1995.

FALVAL's credo from the get-go was "quality counts." We are all about building ONLY the best of quality on optimum land sites, primarily in Redding and Ridgefield. Our work is taken seriously for good reason. We seem to appeal best to folks in search of only an experienced builder with a well earned reputation for the building of upscale homes of timeless quality, and who control only the best of well located building sites.

Furthermore, our well synchronized cadre of outstanding subcontractors are all truly professional craftsmen, who, under our supervision, consistently deliver truly exquisite, painstaking detailed work. Our standards of construction are, without any doubt, among the best to be found in the state of Connecticut. Evidence of that claim has been fully vetted via our winning numerous best of the best competitions (HOBI Awards) amongst the builder elite in statewide competitions conducted by the Home Builders Association of Connecticut.

Our projects emphasize craftsmanship, construction ingenuity, and consumer value. We particularly value our long standing relationship with Ridgefield architect, Jeff Mose, with whom we have succeeded in producing an array of classic designs reminiscent of the early 1900s. Also, our team often deploys the services of Ridgefield Landscape Architect, Craig Studer, which further allows The Team to create special homes which truly have the look of distinctive homesteads in place for the test of time. Today, Ryder Farm on Umpawaug Road in Redding is a perfect example of where you can visit to appreciate some of Tom & Paul's most special work.

Showroom for Harley-Davidson of Danbury on Federal Road in Danbury, along with our recent 10,000 s.f. gut rehab of the glamorous new offices for New Stream Capital on Grove Street in Ridgefield.

In our partnership, Tom is the day-in, day-out guide, designing many elements, supervising the job and working with the subcontractors on site, while Paul coordinates administration of marketing, financing, and transaction making.

For it's work at Ryder Farm, Falciglia & Valeri Construction, LLC has won the Home Builders Association of Connecticut's HOBI for Best New Spec Home in the $6 to $7 million category.

Following a series of courses from the National Home Builders Association covering in-depth study of "green" building practices, we have now officially received our designations, Certified Green Building Professionals.
