2008 HOBI Winner for Best New Spec Home!
In 2008, and for the fifth time in five years, the Home Builders Association of Connecticut has named Falciglia & Valeri Construction the statewide winner of a prestigious HOBI. Captain's Watch at 206 Umpawaug Road in Redding was judged as Best Spec Home for all of Connecticut in the $6 to $7 million category.
