 For 2006, and for the fourth time in the last three years, The Home Builders Association of Connecticut has named Falciglia & Valeri Construction the state-wide winner of a prestigious HOBI. Our Stone Manor for the Bryson family at 150 Rippowam Road in Ridgefield was peer-judged as Best Spec Home for all of Connecticut in its most competitive category of $3 to $4 million. Tom & Paul's previous awards came in 2005 for CT's Best Spec from $2 to $3 million on the Higgs family's Nantucket Shingle Style at 65-B Sunset Hill Road in Redding, and in 2004 for Best Custom in Fairfield County on the Karvelis family's Shingle Style at 42 Umpawaug Road in Redding, and, also, for the Lucchino brothers' now landmark Harley-Davidson showroom at 51 Federal Road in Danbury as CT's Best New Commercial.
